A 50% deposit for all bookings must be made on confirmation of the date being held for the booking. 

All shoots arranged less than 7 days in advance will require a 50% deposit before midnight of the date booked. Remaining payments to be paid on the day. Cancellation fee of 50% will be required if cancelled less less than 72 hours. If cancelled in 7 days or less a £50 cancellation fee is required. 

Late fees. In the event of the client being late fees of £50 per hour will be charged.

Prices start at £150 p/h per photoshoot.

All images and videos will be provided via downloadable link up to 4 weeks after shoot and will be sent via One Drive link. All images are HiRes and RAW files available on request. USB sticks will be required for RAW file delivery and provided by client. (One Drive will show a low res image at first dependent on speed of internet).

All deposits are non refundable unless agreed and cancelled with a minimum of 72 hours prior to booking.

All images remain the usage of the client and Mugshots Photography for display purposes only via social media and Mugshots Photography website. 

All images are available to be seen during the shoot and verbal confirmation agreed at the end of the shoot. Sample shots will be provided via download and will include watermark and are not to be used without consent of Mugshots Photography. 

Photoshoots are non refundable.

Congestion Charge, 2 Parking Permits, must be provided on the day for all bookings.

Food to be provided at no extra cost and due to the nature of the work we are doing we would appreciate if we could be served with the first table/people receiving food.

Drone footage is subject to flight restricts, licenses and weather dependent, as the drone cannot be flown in windy or wet conditions. Postcode must be provided and checked by client on the below website to ensure it can be flown.
